I ordered the new melt, very disappointed. There was no chicken, mostly greasey cheese. Will not order again.

This location doesn?t do delivery also doesn?t accept coupons. They are only carryout, the pizza is usually undercooked and very... little toppings overall just not very pleasant. Definitely better off buying digiorno. Read more

I lodged a complaint with the unit after receiving a Pan Pizza that was nowhere near the usual quality and did not look or taste... like Pan Pizza. They stated that since they weren?t open on Thanksgiving, the pizza was a result of the dough not having timeto proof, and the resulting pizza was when the dough was ?fresh?. I told them they should not be selling this as Pan Pizza andthey stated it was ?servable?. A very low standard for a food product. The pizza was terrible, and we threw it away. Bring back your old toppings, they made beautiful appetizing pizzas. When you looked at your pizza it was loaded with toppings... that you could recognize what they were. My local Pizza Hut does an excellent job with service, love the employees. Howeverthose of you at corporate level need to have more pride in what you are making these dedicated employees put out. I've never had bad pizza from this location, so I'm not going to complain about that. My wife is management, so her days are... always different. A good chunk of the employees are related, and it seems nepotism runs rampant; even when a terrible employeeis detested by a good chunk of the senior staff. Read more
