Ordered an avocado toast today, which was burnt as you can see in the picture. It was definitely pre-made, it was bitter and ice... cold. I called the store to complain about it. The store manager or who ever was on phone, with no apology and courtesy startedcross questioning me over a toast. I told her I just called to let you know not to get a free toast or $3 refund. She offered mea free toast when I return, still there wasn't any courteous gesture. It sounded like I am at fault or why am I complaining.Never returning back. Very pooor customer service I experienced in any of dunkin franchise. Read more
How are your bagels ALWAYS stale?
Ordered a refresher took 3 sips and realized I actually received a cup full of Ice. Pretty disappointing.
Good spreading of the cream cheese ratio. This is very important.
