Every single time I think I'm going to give this Dunkin a chance (it's the one on my way to work) it's a huge mistake! On... average I would say it's about 15 minutes waiting in line to order a coffee! Today there was 6 people in front of me, I waitedover 15 minutes to order and was in there a total of about 20 minutes!! This is not a 'stop' for coffee unless you have nothingon the schedule for the day! It is like this almost every time I've been here, at first I thought someone must've called out orbeen in the bathroom but now after the 5th time of this in a row I can see they are just not properly staffed. One person is NOTenough and I will now be stopping at Stewart's on my way into work if I want to grab a coffee! Read more
By far my preferred dunkin in the area. I pass 4 different dunkin shops on the way to work and go out of the way to stop at this... specific location. Store is always clean, staff is always super friendly and they never mess up the order. Will say this used tobe the worst in the area but about 4-5 months ago they got a new manager and has since been awesome i have literally followedthis staff from when they were in the cumbys location on rowland street to here. Unfortunately the staff previously at thislocation was put in the new store in the hannaford plaza on rowland and i refuse to go there they consistently mess up ordersand the manager is just plain rude and talks down to her staff in front of customers. The staff at this location is amazing itswhy i keep keep going back. Read more
Great experience go there every day and the workers are fantastic , it gets pretty busy early in the morning around 7 or 8 am
