Pizza Works is AWESOME!! We're transplants from NJ to upstate NY. The style of pizza in general around here is "different". ... PIZZA WORKS on the other hand is a beacon of light. Their restaurant is stylish and has a great atmosphere. I haven't tried therest of the menu, but I can't imagine anything would disappoint. The prices are also reasonable. A can't miss experience. Very pricey! Very hit or miss if your food will be ready by the time they say so. It usually tastes pretty good though.
The service has dramatically gone downhill over the past year. This business use to be a staple of our little town????. The past... 3 visits have been shocking to say the least. My family and I have encountered a Male and Female swearing non stop (in front ofour children) as well as counter server cleaning tables without gloves and then touching food without a glove or cleaning theirhands (unacceptable). It saddens me to say this but I will not support this local business anymore. The pizza is delicious butnot at the cost of having to deal with the lousy counter staff. Read more
Place is really hit or miss. A bit on the pricey side as well. Menu is interesting. Would not recommend for slices. Questionable... crust, hardly any toppings. sorta pricey for what they're offering. Place has a nice vibe on the inside. Read more
Got the cheese herb bread sticks and chicken bacon ranch pizza. Bread sticks were good, but lacked a little something. Still... enjoyed them a lot though! The pizza was fantastic, and I don't even like thin crust usually. I'll definitely be ordering again Read more
Friendly staff, fresh food, great setting! If you're stopping in for a couple slices, they have a great variety of specialty... pizzas to choose from. Subs, sandwiches etc. are always great as well.. I've visited this location for years, and they neverdisappoint. The food quality is there, with a free refill to go! Today I had the lunch special (2 slices and a drink), plus oneextra slice, $9.43 incl. tax. It may seem a bit pricey, but seriously what isn't nowadays. That's business. Their pizza is great! Big fan of their Margherita pizza. They serve Pepsi products but I wish they include Coke products as... well. Hope to enjoy a beer there with friends after COVID-19 goes away. Read more
