We were excited to have dinner at The Factory after looking at the website photos, however as soon as we walked in the door we... were very confused. The dining room looked nothing like the photos (we later realized the photos on the website were all of theseparate event space). The vibe of the restaurant was that of an old pizza hut, screaming children included. We thought we'dlook past the atmosphere and ordered some food. I had the apple chicken salad and my fiance ordered the shepherd's pie. Myfiances food came out in a to-go container and honestly looked like dog food. The salad was not bad but certainly not worth $15.We definitely won't be coming back. Read more
Great place for a casual dinner or just to hang out and have a few drinks. The place is very cozy and inviting. Our appetizers... (nachos, fish tacos, quesadillas) were more than enough for our meal! The Guinness was fresh and tasted great. A wonderfulexperience. Read more

We've been a few times since we've moved to the area. Great atmosphere! Most recently we were sat in a booth in the bar area,... and we loved the coziness of the bar! Wish it had quick draw but that will not deter us from coming back. 2 of the 3 times wehad the same server and she has a great sense of humor and made our experience A+! Food was NOT disappointing and we lookforward to our next dinner date here. Read more
The factory is one of the most difficult restaurants to order in as everything on the menu is very good. Even if you go in... knowing what you want, they'll probably have a special that you can't pass up. I'd recommend sitting with a view where you cansee the food coming out of the kitchen and choose that way. I can say their wings and prime rib are excellent. I've eaten theremaybe 10-15 times over 20 years and it has never been less than exceptional. Read more
Held a baby shower here for my wife. Cara and all the staff were truly amazing. The service throughout the event was top... notch, the staff didn?t miss a beat. Cara accommodated all of our needs more than I expected. The food was delicious, thesliced sirloin was cooked perfectly and tender as well. They treated us like family. Plenty of parking, I don?t know whatelse to say.. The factory atmosphere was so beautiful, It truly works. Perfect name for the perfect place to hold a functionor grab a dinner.
