A large group (20+) of friends joined in several clumps to share an evening. For most part it went well, but one person's steak... took way too long to be delivered. Most of us were done before she got her meal and she was part of the first group to order.Non alcoholic drink service was lacking, but my guess is the server had other tables. It's been a while since I've actually eaten inside but I do order every once in a while, and I enjoy the food, it's... unfortunately been going up. I remember I ordered a meal and they accidentally gave me a wrong item, so I called them and theyapologized and sent me something to use my next time getting food to compensate the mix up and it was all good. Our waitress was very nice however the food was lackluster and management was rude. Their hours are till 11 and at 10 while we... were finishing our drinks a manager began ushering us out. It would be one thing if we were asking for more food or beingdisruptive but we were finishing the drinks we had paid for before heading out the door. I think I'll choose someplace else nexttime. Not a good first experience. The wait was too long. Whoever the staff was behind the mask was not courteous. Asked to put... utensils and they didn't listen. The ambiance didn't feel safe given the time we are going through. Fries was too cold.Mozzarella sticks were not properly cooked. The burger was alright. Overall a disappointing experience. Read more
This was the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was completely rude and not helpful at all. Ordered an appetizer and... salad they came out with our main order. It took forever to get a refill. Surprised this place is still open. The World Seriesand The Blues game is playing you would think it would be packed.
