Apparently you order online - get your time to pickup and I am still waiting over an hour to get an order of wings. Employee... told me the estimate time was updated to a later time but unfortunately it does not send the customer any updates in new times.This needs to be fixed so we know when to pick up later. This B Dubs is my local favorite and an easy go-to for me for happy hour or Tuesdays or Thursday nights. Good food, great... specials and you can't beat the $3 Goose Island Wild Herd talls on a hot summer day. Also, the service is typically very goodfor a national chain; my usual server is Nina in the bar area, and she is 100% on top of it. She handles my special requests(extra sauce, please!) with ease, grace, and efficiency. Check 'em out! Read more

Came at around 6:00 PM on a Monday and was initially greeted by a young girl (Young meaning under 12 (so not someone who worked... there)) and she told us that there would be a 30 minute wait for a party of two, despite only 3 or 4 tables being usedthroughout the restaurant. That was the last interaction we had with someone in the restaurant. We waited in front for another5-7 minutes for a hostess to seat us but we were never formally greeted or taken to a table. Been for lunch several times. The servers have always been wonderful. Time for food to come is a bit variable, but well within... my time limits. This location always seems a little short staffed so I'm sure once they can correct that, the place will bebetter still. Haven't had a bad experience here yet Read more
