As African American male and female eating dinner in an all white affluent suburb this was my experience this evening. The on... duty manager on the evening of 10/11/22 advised she did not know why the new menu (see attached picture) stated under the ?Hot Slice? section ?Add any topping for an additional cost. Available all day.? She blatantly refused to make my wife and I a twotopping pizza special when that side of menu states that specific verbiage under every specialty section on that side of themenu. To add further insult she stated that if her boss was present he would say the same thing and not make your pizza. Mindyou this is a digital menu board. To add I advised her I have eaten Jet?s Pizza before which she stated then you know and Idon?t even know why we are going back and forth as I told her my wife and I wanted two topping s on the our pizza. The pizza is amazing and I have been very happy with this location. My favorite pizza is a deep dish Jet 10. Considering each... slice fills me up about as much as 3 slices of other pizza, it's not a bad deal and if you love toppings the Jet 10 is for you. Read more
Great option if you want a dine in pizza experience. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The Deep Dish is always hot and... fresh. The lunch special is also a great deal. 2 slices and a drink for $6. The wings with sweet chili sauce are also great. Thewings are smaller in size but worth the price. Read more
I love Jet's Pizza! It has become our favorite pizza place. The corner pizza's (4 corner or 8 corner) is our family favorite!... And, in case we have leftovers, it reheats really well too. Read more
We are a big fan of Jet?s pizza, but, the past 3 delivery orders were wrong or missing something when they delivered our food... (Ballwin, MO location). We call back, and instead of offering to re-deliver what?s missing or wrong, they just offer a $5credit on our next order over the phone, without even offering to refund our credit card. Tonight, we only ordered 3 things andthey forgot one of the items. The pizza is good, but be prepared to have something wrong or missing if you have it delivered. You?d think they would double check the order before it goes out the door. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is gross. ???? Wings are soggy and tasteless. The pepperoni stinks and tastes... like bottom of the barrel cheap meat from surprise animal parts. Its greasy....soooo very greasy. Even the plain cheese wasgross. $70 order straight in the trash. Read more
This is one of my all-time favorite pizza places. Not only is the 8 corner pizza just phenomenally delicious, but it's also... always consistently so. The people who work there have always been friendly as well. I can only think of 2 ways this place couldbe improved: 1. Offer choice of a zestier, less sweet pizza sauce. 2. My friend and I both ordered pizza for delivery from here at the same time but we made two separate orders. My friend?s pizza... arrived before mine and I called to ask if my pizza was supposed to be delivered with his or if I should wait for another driverto arrive (we had both orders delivered to the same house). The manager on the phone refused to understand my question nomatter how hard I tried to explain it. She was rude and condescending. My pizza did arrive while I was still on the phone(apparently they sent out two different drivers) and when I told the manager on the phone that my pizza had arrived she yelledat me and said I shouldn?t have called.
