What a huge mess.... The app does not have just spud as a choice... So I tried to call in my order, the phone rang 20 times. I... mistakenly decided to go up there, and order the food. What a bad idea. I waited 20 minutes for three items....one part ofchoose two was missing! I had been told they were under new management, but I don't think it matters. Got the Goddess salad and it had no bacon on it, the chicken and dumplings was watery and had half a dumpling and a little piece... of chicken, I got no pickle with my sandwich. The lemonade was watered down and pale. The cashier was passive aggressive andhalfway through started having a side conversation. In the dining room there was no less than 7 dirty tables that were not evenlooked at in the 30 minutes we were there. I ordered A BLT without avocado. The bacon was not drained before put on the sandwich and the bread was totally saturated with... grease. The bread was thin sliced and did not support the ingredients in the sandwich (and it had no avocado on it). I haveordered this sandwich many times at other McAlister's restaurants and never had a problem. I could not eat the sandwich and leftit on the plate...very disappointed. I did report my concern to someone at the counter and was offered to make something else,but I declined. My suggestions would be: 1. Drain the bacon 2. Put on less sauce 3. Use a more substantial bread to supportall ingredients I've given 2 stars because I was offered a fix. Thanks for listening. Read more
Finally a really good sandwich. Brookie was good. Steamed broccoli was good!
Ordered takeout online so we picked up our order. When we got home to eat our food, we discovered several items were missing and... not Correct to what we ordered. Pickles were missing, they forgot a bag of chips, and half of a sandwich was missing. Verydissapointed. We haven't ordered from this place in awhile and we're not likely to order again from them. The app wouldn't let us add reward codes or a gift card. None of our sandwiches came with the pickles we ordered. The food was... tasty but my sandwich, the grilled chicken, looked like someone sat on it. One side was completely smashed. We ordered sea salt,bbq & salt and vinegar chips but we instead got 1 BBQ and 2 sea salt. There were at least 5 ppl inside but only 1 was reallyworking. Read more
It was clean. They were incredibly slow. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than making sure the... customers were taken care of. We ordered 1 kids meals of uncrustables peanut butter and jelly, a king club and a pecan berrysalad and it took over 15 minutes to get. i got a steak and peppers sandwich with a side of potato salad and a pickle slice. The steak was overcooked and a bit chewy. ... The potato salad was tasty as was the pickle. The pickle slice was very small. The line moved quickly and the staff wasfriendly. Read more
