I ordered The Spicy Take today at 8:15pm, they asked ?Buffalo chicken sandwich??, I was like ?I?m not sure? I wanted The Spicy... Take, from the menu?, then silence for about 20 seconds. I asked ?Did you hear me??, another lady tuned in and fast, withattitude, said something like ?We got it. Spicy Take. $12.xx. Pull forward please.?. What I got was? EXTREMELY DRY and oldpiece of chicken? the edges were black and literally impossible to chew? as if I upset her and she gave me something that?s beensitting on the floor for two days? absolutely disgusting, I had to throw it away? I hope I don?t get food poisoning. Never goingback? and we just moved to Ballwin 2 weeks ago. Very sad. I would drive back and point it out in person, but I don?t likeconfrontation. Would rather vote with my $. Doesn?t look as bad on the photo, but it was very hard and old. Read more
Our soup was ice cold. It took forever for it to be prepared and we were the only order in at the time. I guess this location is... not making enough money as they can't use the heat in the building? It's 40° outside and every customer had to wear their coatwhile eating inside? Geez Read more
My family and I went there yesterday to make a to go order. It seems like they cannot get a basic order correct... my partner... made an order and I ordered a baja bowl with no meat, broccoli mac n cheese with chips for both the orders. The person at thecounter asked us if we wanted the baja with chicken or without and I said no chicken. Meatless. There was chicken in it...instead of brocolli mac n cheese I was given soup...we were also asked what we wanted as a side and said chips and were givenbread and had to ask for chips after receiving our order... no utensils were in the bag making it very difficult for our picnic.It seems as though Panera is incompetent. We had used our free coupons to pay as last time our togo order was stolen. Theemployees then has a major attitude making it feel as though we were in the wrong for this... once thought of as a favoriteplace now cant even get a very basic order correct.... Read more
We used to love bread co but they continue to go downhill. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. Service is non existent... and when you?re overspending, you have some expectation to get an order in a timely manner and correctly. This location hascontinued to be the worst and sadly we will not be back. Read more
The food is generally good but the management and staff is absolutely AWFUL. The wait for a simple coffee order took more than... 30 minutes because the manager decided to take it upon herself to gab with all of the employees and start drama. Granted theladies in the bakery decided to care, but the rest was no more than White Castle treatment. Read more
I thought it was a simple order that they couldn?t mess up. I ordered chicken noodle soup with a French baguette. I specifically... reiterated that I wanted a French baguette. As is so common with Panera in my experience, they didn?t include the baguette. Theydid, however, give me a knife with which to eat my soup. Thanks, Panera! It?s that commitment to customer satisfaction thatkeeps us looking for other places to eat lunch. The new restaurant sure looks spiffy. Too bad the food is so average and theservice is so awful. Very noisy, small building small dining area. Employees sitting at large table very loud. Big guy emptying trash ,about... knocked cousin Joy over in her walker. Too interested in employees sitting at table. Food was excellent. Will not go back tothat store. Read more
I have eaten at this location tons and tons of times over the past 10 years (in it's previous place and at the new one). The... past few times I've ordered at this location have been very disappointing. Items have been missing from my order or have beenprepared very wrong (no customizations were made, it was ordered as it comes). In one instance it was so bad I contacted themfor a refund and they agreed, but never got it (I followed up with them twice then gave up, which is my own fault, but Ishouldn't have had to do that.) The location may be new, but everything else has gone down hill and it's sad. I keep trying togo back because it takes a lot to deter me, honestly, but I keep getting burned so I have to be done.
