I'm really not the type of person to leave reviews online, but this was far and above one of the worst restaurant experiences... I've had. I walk in the store, employees (sitting on food prep stations) stare at me like I've done something wrong. I ordertwo pretzel sausages ? spicy and salsiccia ? both had raw dough inside. (And cheese, which wasn't listed on the menu.) Had astrong chemical taste. I tossed both after a few bites. Guess I'll have to make the trek to Gus's for a legit pretzel dog.Avoid. The additional star is for the price. (Get what you pay for with a $1 pretzel dog.) If they can pull off a pretzel dogthat doesn't taste like a postage stamp at that price, I'll be back. Read more

Was very excited to try this place out, went in and the guy convinced me to get the Philly steak balls and the pretzel dog. It... must?ve been sitting under the heat lamp since first thing this morning. Went to bite into the dog it and it was hard as a rock,literally hurt my teeth trying to bite into it. The Philly steak balls definitely did not taste like steak. Paid $10 for oldfood. Very disappointing. I was really hungry and was looking forward to this being some thing I would go back to. I was hopingit would be better than pretzel time but it tasted like some thing I could cook from the freezer.. Read more

Today was pretzel day and they were offering $1 pretzel dogs. My son and I arrived just as they were closing and they informed... me they sold out of the pretzel dogs. The gentleman was super friendly and generous and gave us a huge box of pretzel bites andcheese dipping sauce for free! This made our day and this will be our go to pretzel place from now on! Just visited over the weekend and not impressed. Pretzels were dry, cold and too salty. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.... Better options in the area. Read more
