A food item was missing from my bag at the drive through (as it is most anytime I order multiple food items lately) and I was... asked to "pull around" and someone would bring it out to me. Hmm...waited a few minutes until I got the hint that no one wasbringing me my item. Parked, went inside and saw that no one ever had any intention of bringing it....or making it. All wherechugging along in true Starbucks chaos. I come to this location all the time because it?s right by my house and there?s normally pretty good service but this was not... the case tonight. My drink was given to me wrong three times at the drive thru window. First, they gave me a grande cup whichalso had no sweet cream cold foam on top so i told them i ordered a venti and it needed the cold foam. they set it on thecounter and started making me a venti then handed it to me without the caramel drizzle. they took it back in the store andyelled to someone that it needed the caramel drizzle and then gave me back the cup for the third time with barely any on top atall. I have ordered this same drink several times at multiple different locations and have had zero problem. the girls in thestore were also yelling things like they were ?on the struggle bus today? and groaning as they were trying to make the drink andput the lids on. Not one to write reviews but I felt the need to do so this morning. I ordered a venti shaken espresso with an extra pump of... classic syrup and light ice (which I?ve done many times). The lady who took my order and my money was the nicest person I?veever talked to! When I received my coffee, the person who made it did not fill it even close to the top. It was more of atall/grande, while paying for a venti. I asked her if that was actually mine and she replied, ?You asked for light ice, I?m notsure what you want me to do about it.? and walked away. I felt so embarrassed, but also very annoyed because I?ve ordered thismany times and it?s never been like this. I also asked for an extra pump of classic, so 7 pumps, but there was actually 0. Itwas a great start to my morning! Maybe they changed their rules on what to do when someone asks for light ice, but I guarantee Iwill not be asking for that again! Read more

This has always been my least favorite Starbucks to go to but it's the only one near the park where my kids love to play.... Example? I ordered ONE coffee via the app for pick up at 6:09. App told me it would be ready by 6:17. I finally got my coffee at6:30 ????. I don't get it. My experience never improves. Read more

Perfectly made drink. Employees were friendly and speedy. This store is out of our way, but went the extra miles. The Starbucks... in Wildwood was our go to until they got new employees and didn't train them very well. Four times our drinks were wrong. So nowwe drive the extra bit. Nice job Ballwin Starbucks.
