Unprofessional employees, not sure if they washed their hands after walking in from outside to serve us. Mocking online orders... for ordering 1 sandwich while standing in front of current customers. Cussing in front of us, multiple employees, multipletimes, while I had a child with me. I would have walked out, if I hadn't started the order, all around uncomfortableexperience. They close 30 minutes early. Lock the doors and won't let you in. They say they close 30 minutes early on slow nights. How am I... as a customer supposed to know when they are "slow". Myself and another family pulled up and wasted our time driving there. Theyare losing sales because they want to get out of there early. I don't give one star reviews lightly. I also give a little leeway due to the COVID / worker situation. But this place sets... the low bar for Subway restaurant customer service. I've been here more than a few times due to my daughters love of theirproduct. I can't take it anymore. Even ordering on line is a disaster. I've ordered online and arrived 20 minutes after thedue time only to have them make it after I wait in line. Avoid this franchise location. Jimmy Johns is down the road, trysomething new. Read more
I needed the sauces on the side but online ordering didn?t give you the option to choose that. Going on a trip tomorrow and... don?t want them to be soggy. So, I had to call them (while they?re slammed) and ask for the sauces on the side. Poor guysalready made the sandwiches by the time I was able to get through to them on the phone. They are kind enough to remake themwithout the sauces on them for us. Subway needs to add sauce on the side option for the delivery option. Read more
I work close to this subway and often go there for lunch and dinner. The main employee has been so helpful and courteous. ... Sometimes after work, I stop in after 8pm. I am concerned about the safety of this employee, who works alone at night. It lookslike the company is more concerned about making more money with minus one employee than the safety of this young employee. Disappointed. Read more
First time at this location and dined in. Located in a really nice plaza with plenty of parking. Great outdoor seating for when... it gets warm again! It was very clean and the staff was quick and polite. While I was enjoying my lunch a loud customer camethrough and was very rude to the employees. At the cash register she started yelling at Lorie, one of the employees, and it wasreally degrading. I was super impressed with how professionally Lorie handled this aggressive customer. Read more

This team always does a great job. The staff is always friendly, even though they are usually overwhelmed with orders. My wraps... are packed with chicken and veggies and not drowned in sauce. Excellent job and keep up the great work! Read more
