I'm a regular customer of Subway, but this was my first visit to this location. Most subways are hit and miss with whether they... will get your custom online order right or not, but this location did it perfectly. It was ready for me to pick up on time,friendly people are working there, and the sandwiches and special instruction requests were followed. ???????????????????? Came into Subway Twins Oaks to get a foot long Veggie Sub. After cheese and toasting bread I said heavy on... the the lettuce. Employee of subway put on lettuce lightly. I reiterated heavy on the lettuce. Ignoring me he continued lettucelightly. For the last time I said Heavy on the lettuce and employee continued to put on lettuce One Piece at a time. March 10th. Ordered 2 subs on line, picked up and one of subs was missing the bacon. Ordered chicken bacon ranch. Order was not... ready as promised online waited got subs. At home we discovered the chicken sub was missing the BACON. Called and they werewilling to replace, unfortunately we could not make it back to store. The person at subway said not to worry we can stop bywhen in area to get a replacement sub. They took my name and phone number. Today I went into store to get my replacement sub andthey said they had no notes about my getting a free sub fore my inconvenience pulled up my purchases on the app and showed themthis is where I get most of my subs ordered. That did not matter all I got was SORRY and no sub. Read more
Don?t bother ordering ahead because they deal with the all of the customers in line and don?t have a designated online order... person like ever other subway. They also don?t accept coupons and you can?t order any chips or drinks on the app because theyhave it set to out of stock. Never go to this subway. Read more
This subway branch does not accept coupons. Please do not go to this subway if you have coupons as it will be waste of time and... money as they wont accept coupons. I wonder why subway send coupons to customer when these branches do not accept them. Read more
Been going to this place for 2-3years. Don't know what the bad reviews are for except must be whiny people writing them. The... bread, meat and other ingredients have always been fresh. The menu gets new items added pretty often. Love their toastedchicken bacon ranch and freshly baked cookies. There are new servers at times so you have to deal with new people at times justlike any place but just watch and tell them how to make your sandwich and they will follow your instructions. Easy peasy. Never had a bad customer experience, just the opposite, and never had a bad sandwich. Highly recommend and will go back againand again. Read more
