Horrible experience. I ordered tacos with potatoes instead of beef as we don?t eat beef. They gave 5 tacos with beef. I also... ordered 2 cinnamon twists. They haven?t given me that. 07/17 9:30 pm All lights are off even on the menu. They clearly want customers to think they are closed so they can be lazy. ... They are only taking cash and doordash, but the lights should still be on! Says they quit taking orders 15 minutes before theyclose and you are already at the drive through speaker. This Taco bell at Ballwin, MO location are worst at night time. Always have some issue with their POS. Most of the night their... have technical issues with their computer due to that it is very difficult for Uber eats or Door dash drivers. Once go intodrive thru there is no exit, only move forward which you will have to wait least 20-30 minute minimum. Lobby closes so early,operation hours are unknown. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. Their computer freezes (they said it's super old) and you're left waiting... 20+ minutes for it to reboot. Their card reader stops working and they'll only accept cash. This location is open later than theothers, but you're just going to end up disappointed and unable to order anyway. Read more
I mean, it's taco bell so expectations are usually low to begin with. This location is friendly and fast. They always seem to... have issues with cc machine so be prepared with cash. Out of the return of the Mexican pizza but oh well. Read more
Worst location EVER! Gave it one final chance. NOTHING made correctly. Mexican pizza with hardly any meat. Taco supremes with no... sour cream or tomatoes and barely any meat. The ABSOLUTE worst.
