This location has gone down hill the past couple years. Now it's a 50/50 chance if they will take my order. They regularly state... that their system is down or they'll be closed for the next 30 minutes. A few of the staff are great. I haven't had issue withthe food, it's Taco Bell, I don't expect much. Filthy, slow-flushing urinal in men's restroom. Very slow to make my order (submitted from the kiosk inside); I had to wait... about 20 minutes for it. Large burrito was supposed to have beef inside, but had almost completely refried beans instead. Read more
The worst taco bell I've had and that's saying something because everyone has had some bad taco bell at one point or another.... Bean burrito was cold and more onions than beans. Nachos were stale and the cheese has plastic consistency. Girl at the windowwith black braids even was talking to her coworker at window saying they didn't wanna work here anymore. 820pm on 8/31/22.Literally this place needs whole new staff and management if it's allowed to be this bad. What a waste of space, to call this place a fast food restaurant is a disgrace. Rarely if ever do they meet my lowest... expectations. My final visit was 30 minutes ago when, via the drive through I ordered 5 hard tacos and a burrito supreme ofwhich I was charged $13+. I received one item unknown, it was round and wrapped, one hard taco and a chalupa? That's it. Noteven close and I was the only car in line. Give it up Taco Bell. Read more

I made an order from the app for take out, and when I got to the location, they said they were closed. I asked about my order... and they claimed that I can cancel the order and request a refund. However it says the order is still in progress almost an hourlater with no way to cancel. When I tried to call there was no answer, they robbed me of my money and aren't giving itback. Edit: it's been over a day now and I don't think I'm ever getting that refund. Read more
