A Kosher restaurant where matzoh balls and noodles for the chicken soup are unavailable. What sort of mishigoss is this? I... suggest the cook get his tuches in gear and at least boil a bag of noodles. Unless this means cost cutting which is never a goodsign. So I substituted crackers! The soup itself was delicious with large pieces of chicken, carrots and onions. Alas, the saladI ordered somewhat made up for it. Read more

I believe I ordered the Volcano Explosion roll. It was recommended by the waiter (who was great) since my wife is pregnant and... can't eat raw fish. Anyway, it came out raw and we sent it back. Was not happy about it and didn't want to order sushiafter. Wings were fine but douced in sauce and they were on the smaller side. Still, I think the presentation could have beenbetter. Everything else was just okay. Service was kind but the ambiance of the atrium, sitting next to staff running in and outwith orders and supplies can be a tough intimate headspace to get into. They also charged us 50 cents for taking home an extracontainer of the French fry sauce. Totally not a big deal but just wished the overall experience would have been better. Theowners are kind people too and they have a wonderful liquor store that you should definitely check out. Read more

Ordered carryout. I order a brisket sandwich. I ate a few bites and tasted a weird cleaner like taste. Not sure if it was... something that fell in the lettuce or the brisket itself. Spent the rest of the night not feeling good. The fries were good atfirst but I didn't eat anything else after that bad taste. Read more

Service was INCREDIBLE. Servers name was Shira and she was very nice and honest and quick to help. We had very delicious meals... and ate our fill. Portions were nicely sized. Store has a convenient nice location. Covid guidelines were followed verynicely. (The only thing that bothered us was a young man with big bushy hair walking into the kitchen without covering his hair. But shouldn?t have ruined our time) Read more

Excellent service, excellent food, always fresh, always clean. There is something really special about this restaurant. I've... been coming here for over 15 years and in all those years, I have never once been disappointed. They bring customer service tothe next level. This is more than just a kosher restaurant, it has become a staple of the baltimore jewish community. Theowners REALLY care about their customers when it comes to kosher food in baltimore, Accents and Serengeti have set the benchmark of quality customer services and good food. If someone asks me what my favorite restaurant is, it is Accents Grill. Itis my restaurant of choice of for any family gathering any occasion. The energy in the room is very conducive to goodconversation with very open and airy skylight which I really enjoy with plenty of room to spread out. I cant even begin totell you how many valuable memories I've had in those seats. I could go on and on and on. What the Franks have built here ismore than just a kosher restaurant, it is a magical place that if you stay there for long enough, you will feel the love andcare they have put into making accents the place it is today!! While eating in an atrium may not be for everyone, the service and food made up for the interesting ambiance. Red meat was... cooked just as we asked (even the kid's hamburger was rare as requested). Generous servings, and a friendly staff made for aterrific experience. I visited with family in the evening hours. It was extraordinarily full. We actually had to wait for about15 minutes before we could be seated. The service is good, the food is delicious, and there is ample parking. Definitelyrecommend! Read more

This was a good experience. Our exhausted starving group of ten arrived unannounced and were seated promptly. The ordered food... came surprisingly quickly and was of good quality. We didn't mind sitting in the atrium- that was actually good for the littleones. I visited with family in the evening hours. It was extraordinarily full.
