The bowling alley was clean and we were serviced quickly to get to our lanes. We didn't have any issues with the lane or... scoreboard. The 2 stars are due to the concession and other services. First batch of cheese sticks were burned but were remadethem free of charge. Our first order of soft drinks tasted funny. When we asked for new ones the employee wanted us to wait 10minutes and still continued to sell drinks knowing they weren't going to be good. Then when we got our new drinks they tastedas bad as before. Also someone in my party fell and busted their chin open and was bleeding. We were able to get some ice fromthe concession but none of the management/employees came by ask if she was ok or offered a first aid kit. Read more

We had my son's 4th birthday party there and it was such a blast! All of the kids had such a great time, and for such a... reasonable price!(I have 2 other children and this was the best place we've booked within the last 7 years) And the staff wasAMAZING!! My family arrived at 5:45 PM on September 4, the day before our season passes expired. There was a party of three ahead of us in... line. There was one person at the register and three other people behind the counter including the manager talking. By the timethe three people were checked in it was exactly 6 PM and I try to use our season passes in which case the manager advised usthey were no longer valid since it was 6 PM on a Saturday. Even though there was a line, the manager did not open the secondregister even though there were employees to manage it. She probably had the ability to open a lane for us anyway. Our familywalked out even though we were going to spend money on food and drinks. The bowling alley lost money. We usually do not havethis experience. The Saturday manager is not the regular manager but a poor manager. Read more

My visit this time was not to bowl, but for the pro shop. I purchased my first bowling ball. This particular pro shop was... recommended to me. Each staff member was so nice and attentive. They answered all of my questions. They were thorough andprovided great customer service. I've visited 2 times since purchasing my bowling ball. We had a wonderful birthday party tonight. Food was on time and nice and hot. All the staff members were polite and helpful,... every time we had a question or needed something they were very quick to help. We had plenty of space and the set up with extratables for cake and gifts was very nice. Highly recommend! Read more
Apparently when you order food then wait an hour and 45 minutes then come back to ask again then get told 7 minutes all for your... party to end STILL NO FOOD. Then you ask for a refund and you get the mad black women attitude. YEA YALL CAN KEEP ALL THIS WONTEVER BE BACK EVERRR Read more
