I?ve been driving y this place for a little time now. I finally stopped in and got a Turkey wing dinner. The Max & Cheese was... very Cheesy and had a good taste. The yams was money and gave a little sweet aftertaste which is fine in my book. The Turkeywings was tender and the skin was just right. I prefer white rice with mines but they serve yellow rice. It?s not a deal breakerit?s something you have to keep in mind if you what white rice. All and all I would go back to taste more items on the menu. Read more
The rumors is true . I really enjoyed my meal I purchased today. Great food and high 5's across the board. The owner... recommended I try that fried salmon and he was right. Bertha's was ok. I had the fried chicken, macaroni cheese and collard greens. The collards greens were very salty. They tasted... like glory greens out of the can, and the Mac/Cheese wasn't good at all. The fried chicken was fried to perfection. Nice andcrunchy. The young lady who waited on me was very polite. Ordered large trays for catering of Thanksgiving dinner and the food was excellent. Mac-n-cheese was really good, collard greens... on point and that corn bread had everyone fighting for more.
