Horrible!

If I could give a place negative stars this one would be on the list. I get it you work at a sub shop in a hospital, not the... fanciest job, but man I could see the pain of life on both the employees there. There is no line or order or whatever, a manand a woman are working behind the counter. The woman starts things off as people walk up with an unfriendly "what do you want".I ordered my food she messed up the order but honestly I just wanted to end this interaction. Painfully uncomfortable. The manat the register asked if I wanted a combo, I had never been here before so I asked what it came with, he just stares at me. Ilook around and notice the rack of chips and some drinks behind him so I yelled out two of the items and he grabbed them. Thetension was palpable, the food was garbage, like subway but somehow even worse. The worst part of all of this is I don't seeanywhere else to eat at this outpatient center. Maybe somewhere further in the campus might have food but as I will most likelynever come back, I don't feel like exploring. Read more

one of the worst place to eat in JH hospital. manager is killing the reputation of this location.

Loved them

Not only were the staff indifferent, approaching rude, but one worker went to the bathroom in the middle of my sub being made.... They then wanted to charge me $8 for a sub before it had even been made. This place should be replaced with a subway! Read more
