Every time I order their food on DoorDash it smacks every time without fail. The sandwiches are well seasoned with a crispy... breading. The bread is soft and warm. The fries always come crispy and well seasoned. They are dependable and consistent withtheir food. Going in person can be a little difficult if you're out in the FedHill area on a weekend, it just takes longerbecause there are a lot of people ordering food. But the food is still amazing and I highly recommend the Bmore BRD or AngryBuffalo sandos. Read more

Staff was overtly rude. I was yelled at repeatly to "pick up at the other counter" as soon as I walked in?? And I was.. walking... towards that counter anyways?? The store aint that big to get lost lol and there wasnt anyone in there so i was confused by theloud aggression as soon as i stepped foot. Also, someone was asking a question to the cashier while I was waiting and a staffmember from the back answered (yelled) sarcastically at the customer. Weird vibes like they mad at people for existing. R houselocation is 100x better just for offering the bare minimum by not constantly yelling. Read more

This review is actually coming weeks after the last time I ate here. We were considering going back for a quick bite but decided... against it because the service experience on the previous two trips was so terrible. The food has been consistently good but thestaff on multiple occasions have been literally combative lol I just don?t get it. Visit the R House location instead. Read more

This fried chicken is absolutely great. The flavor combinations are all so different yet delicious. The fries are excellent as... well. The only reason I can?t give it 5 stars is because of the service. I ordered dinner with some other folks to be deliveredto the hospital where I work because I was on a 28 hour shift in the ICU, and they forgot my sandwich. This wasn?t a huge deal, things happen, but when we called to tell them about this mistake they refused to fix it by giving a refund or delivering thesandwich to me and we had to go through the credit card company to get a refund. It made me feel like they don?t value theircustomers. Read more

I'm giving BRD 2 stars. I've never had a good interaction with the staff. I get that service jobs are difficult, but everyone... from the cashier to the manager are downright rude. The food is usually good, but today someone must have been sleeping on thejob. The sandwich I got was all breading, and the meat looked like it had been hammered down, which was a departure from theusually plump and juicy thigh meat that the sandwiches are supposed. to have. At this point, I would say just go across thestreet to the Market. The food isn't worth the wait. I?m updating the review to also point out how insanely slow the serviceis. This isn?t just a pandemic issue, this is just a BRD issue. There?s a point where you start to see diminishing returns forfast food. 25 minutes for an in-store order is borderline insanity. The food is good, but it?s not that good. I can get aproper meal ordered and picked up in that time, instead of a chicken sandwich and fries. Read more

I'll start by saying the food is a little pricey for what you get. But it's pretty good and the staff here are very friendly.... Wait was also a bit long but it's a very chill atmosphere to dine in. Read more

This place was a revelation!!! The sandwiches were really tasty - we got the angry bird and the Katsu one and they were both... incredible. The chicken was still crispy, and they gave us the sauces on the side so that it would stay crispy (we had our mealdelivered). My boyfriends favorite part of the meal was his sandwich (the angry bird). The Buffalo sauce was really nice andvinegar-y and you could still taste the flavor of the sauce through the spice because it wasn?t very spicy at all. I also reallyliked the katsu sandwich, but the shining star of the meal for me was the sauce. That sauce was tangy, sweet, and hit DIFFERENT.I also liked the Japanese pickles on the sandwich - they reminded me of the cucumber dish that is so popular at Din Tai Fung. Wealso got fries, which I think were a victim of delivery. I think if they were super fresh out of the fryer, they would?ve beenfantastic. The seasoning was great - we were trying to guess what the seasoning was but I have no idea (seasoned salt? Paprika?I don?t know). We got the sweet Thai chili wings as well, which were tasty but I think did not live up to their full potential. The sauce on the wings was so great, but it didn?t feel like the flavor went all the way to the bone. All in all, this place wasreally amazing and I?m excited to try the rest of the menu! Read more
