My favorite fast food place. Very tasty burgers, great fries. Wish BK still had milk and grilled chicken sammies!
The order taker was a bit confused but got the order correct. However, there was a long black curly hair in one of my... sandwiches. I normally go to Reisterstown Rd but this one on Liberty Rd was closer so we chose to eat here instead. Maybe thehair net protocol should be enforced more stringently. Please cover that long hair!! The inside could be cleaner and I felt the staff wasn't very friendly. The I felt the cashier purposely chose to walk away... rather then take my order when I was the only one in line. The onion rings seemed old and cold and my sandwich was a mess withmore condiments off the the bun then on it with half the lettuce falling out of the wrapper. Read more
Fries and food are always nice and hot, but at times the staff are not always pleasant.
I'll say this. Just because this Burger King is in a predominantly black area doesn't mean that I have feel like my issue was... tied to that. I ordered thru the mobile app for pick up @8:10p inside and not drive thru. When I get there the lobby/counter wasclosed. Yup! Pulled a locked door handle at 8:12p. Had to sit in the drive thru 6 cars in front of me. Am I missing something?Does this location close its doors at 8p and takes only drive thru pick up til closing time of 11pm? If I'm wrong aboutlobby/counter time I'll give you 10 stars. If I'm right...Come on black people gotta do better. The world is watching. Read more

I stopped in drive-thru the line was long but as soon as I we got closer to be served it went faster. The cashier was friendly... and my food was hot. This is the closest Burger King in on area and honestly I never have an issue whenever I stopped by. Iwould recommend this location on Liberty Road. The one by beltway 695. Read more

The drive thru had about 10 cars so I parked and walked inside , as soon as I walked in I... was told I had to use the drive thru now it was only 8:00pm and the doors weren't locked so I ended up going to the BK atSecurity , walked in and ordered my food with no problem Read more
