Terrible service @ drive thru 2nd car in line took 15 minutes to get 1 whopper meal , not to mention the cursing heard over the... intercom and at the window. Sat in parking lot to eat ,3 cars in the drive thru just drove off. 2 people attempted to walk in toorder door is locked but there are people hanging at the counter b,s ing with the employees. Been going here for years! The service has and is still on point. The place is always decent looking to clean. Never filthy. And... the most important thing, the food is always good! I tried the Impossible whopper and it taste incredible! The staff alsohandles the drive thru like professionals. Read more
The had me wait 7 to 10 minuets for the two things. And they got the order wrong because they had two people also waiting, which... took another 3 minutes. But they gave me a whole lot of whipped cream on my Oreo shake, so I'm not mad. Read more
Order clearly says sausage egg and cheese. What i got was a cold bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Extremely disappointed after... working my 12 hour shift to not get what i ordered and paid for and having to wait a long time for it. I want someone, maybe the King himself, to explain to me why some BK lounges serve regular burgers on the morning and some... don't. It's hit and miss. Today was a miss. And I can't place full blame on this particular store because I don't know theCanada-headquartered Burger King policy. But I would love to know if it simply boils down to the person at the counter. The hardest thing to accept is "we don't participate in that offer..." It matters not to me if your restaurant is independently... owned. Your company, the one with the big sign out front, produces massive ad campaigns. If you aren't participating, thereneeds to be a way to determine this BEFORE I am sitting in your drive thru. You offer no information about what stores AREparticipating. I call that bait and switch. You are a convenience, not a necessity. Multiple other choices. Read more
