My thoughts on this place are kinda mixed. It was one of the few Burger Kings left in my surrounding area reachable by me that... still had good service and made stuff like it did when I was a kid. Those times have changed and so has that whole area.Gentrification has so many layers. Still, it was what I wanted and the burgers made me think about when my father was stillalive. This place is nasty. Dirty. The employees are rude. My sandwich was not wrapped falling apart all over inside the bag. The... ketchup packets were covered in what looked to be a week old ketchup. I couldn't stomach eating my sandwich because by the timeI fished it out of the bag piece by piece because the wrapping had unraveled. I now have what looks to be used ketchup packagesin my sandwich. A complete waste of $13 because now I'm notIs going to eat any of this garbage. At all the Burger King's I'veever been to this one isIn the top 3 worst of all time. Read more

BK# 22956- 31 Light St- Customer service was poor, the manager attitude was negative. We requested the manager because the... cashier could not resolve our coupon questions. The young manager (in black shirt) avoided addressing us, after 17 mins ofwaiting we asked the manager why she had not addressed us. She displayed a negative reaction and said she did not had too.
