We we excited to try Charleys for the first time but we're very disappointed in the food. The Old School Cheesesteaks were... served cold and had no requested hots only steak, cheese & onion, not worth $10.49, the tiny wings were reheated & so dry wecouldn't even eat them. Customer service trash!! The place is so dirty! My chicken cheese steak looks like a regular cheese steak!! The grill was... disgusting!! I think I would have gave it a star if the customer service was ok!! No thank you or nothing ! Young girl withhalf blue or green hair was horrible no personality!! Never again!! Read more
The food is delicious, the price is reasonable, the service is terrible! Management needs to do some customer service quality... control, training, and serious personnel assessments. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and the individual working at thedrive-thru window was rude. My food was not even warm when I finally received it. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience at thisCharley's Cheesesteaks location. I gave it another shot, and the Parm-Garlic wings are delectable. But ... Three strikes! Wasn?t too bad. The staff were kids but they were easy going and my food was prepared fast and it tasted pretty good.
This was the double meat ?old school cheesesteak? picture below, WOW how disappointed I am. The bones less wings I asked for... sauce on side NOPE! Then asked for bleu cheese & celery, NOPE! I felt bad even asking as it seemed, was a huge deal, becausemust have been the 2 employees were not quite, hearing ?Yo this guy wants everything? Tough when I only want the two condimentswhich was the only thing besides placing order. Customer service I have realized not to expect much with what we have asemployees to pick from, shame the work ethic doesn?t exist any longer (general statement for the majority). Things are tight andprices are high, $10.29 for a ?where?s the beef?? cheesesteak . I always try to give places a second try, everyone has a badday, this time I will not. Did not have cheese sticks forgot are additional order of cheese fries still charged it for us they charged us for large drinks... gave us small it took forever and the meat was not good on the samwhiches we went here one time before and there where noproblems Read more
This is the cleanest fast food place....I may have ever eaten at. Below is a picture of the staff cleaning, at around... 3pm...meaning this is not a closing thing. The food was good, better than expected wings and my friend loved his cheesesteak. We went here on a whim and honestly if I lived here I would eat here more often. Searching for a reason to come back ina good way. Please tell management they should be proud of the cleanliness. Read more
Third time I have ordered from here, third time I have had issues. Ordered online, food supposed to be ready at 1255. I am... there at 1255. No food. Cashier gets my fries ready, waiting for sandwich. It appears as though they are making my sandwich, butit is for the drive through. At 415 I finally got my food. Manager full of excuses, but no satisfaction. I will never get foodhere again. And it's a dump inside. Read more
