Was at least glad we could park and dine in to eat after going to two other locations. However they had no base for... milkshakes,got my to go order wrong and the fried were cold. Highly unusual for this kind of service and food. Read more

Super quick , super fresh. I'm just not a huge fan of double wrapping your building with cars and forcing teens to walk in... between them taking orders. Doesn't seem super safe for the teens. I could care less if kids weren't involved, but yourcorporation just wants to try and get the store to do double a normal lunch rush. Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedy. Read more

I?m not sure what happened with their quality of food but it definitely went down and their portion size as well. I ordered a... medium mac & cheese but when I got mine it was halfway full if that. I ordered a medium and got a small. In a medium container.Same with the French fries. Read more

This location has seriously gone down hill the last year. I am a regular here my son loves chic fil a. A few of the drive... through kids even know my name because i always order through the app. I am extremely forgiving and understanding this is a verybusy location and the few times I?ve had poor service or missing food i never complained. Today was the worst experience by far.I ordered 3 items today when looking in the bag i saw 3 sauces. My son eats 3 sauces alone so i kindly asked for some extrasauce. The young lady at the window proceeded to be very rude and yell she can?t give me the 6 sauces i requested on the app. Isaid fine but 3 is definitely not enough. One sauce per item is ridiculous. And then asked why the app states we get 2 saucesper item. She then tells me she doesn?t care what the app says they don?t go based on that. I asked for a manager and she saidshe was the manager. I then asked for the general manager while she then charged me for extra sauce packets. Another managercomes over says something not sure what and the other young lady says we?ll i already charged her. I was basically thrown mycard back after paying for extra sauces and still had to ask again for the sauces i paid for. I will make sure to no longerfrequent this store and drive a little bit further where the service is better. Read more

The greeter was extremely nice but when I arrived to the window to pay and receive my order. The guy did not allow me to get a... grip on my coffee cup and it spilled all over me and my clothes. It did not apologize; I had to ask for another cup of coffee. Iwill not be going back again. Read more

Ordered through the app while waiting in drive thru so app is very easy to use. I even had to add a new card. The attendant that... gave me my food was a little rude when I asked for another straw for my milkshake and I ended up getting one from the worker atthe window. Read more

My experiences at any and, usually, all Chick-fil-a restaurants are, for the most part, world class as we've all come to expect.... However, my experience at this particular location wasn't as enjoyable as I'd hope. My experience wasn't THE absolute worst andprobably wouldn't be indicative of what someone else may encounter upon their visit, BUT, hopefully this will serve as alearning lesson for those individuals at this location who need the coaching. This particular location has a very small andstrangely oriented curbside waiting area for customers with orders that may take a little longer than normal. I had an issuewith the spot they wanted me to park in which warranted me to re-orient my vehicle to access the spot causing me to have to makea turn in the VERY small area. The manager of the location quite rudely and aggressively berated me in the middle of the busyparking lot for attempting my turn around maneuver necessary to park in their ridiculously placed parking spots. And when Iattempted to inform him of what I was doing he dismissed me just as aggressively as he approached me. Not cool in theslightest. Also, one of the representatives that took my order added items that were not requested which resulted in aninflated overall bill. Usually THIS wouldn't have been a major issue, however, after my unpleasant encounter with the manager atthis location, I wasn't very happy about giving my business to this location. Next time? I'll definitely drive right past thislocation. Read more
