The food is good. I am upset that they no longer offer vegetable egg rolls : they only have vegetable spring rolls. They only... have shrimp or pork egg rolls . Not sure why they would believe everyone like either pork or shrimp [I don't eat pork and I donot like shrimp] spring rolls are not as good as egg rolls. Read more
I had the shrimp and broccoli the broccoli was overcookedand it was very greasy. It was the worst shrimp and broccoli I ever... had. They do not accept credit cards only cash. The place was pretty clean however and the service was not bad. Read more
Great food. Excellent prices. Nice ppl, very nice. But they are not enforcing face masks or social distancing. I waited for... about 20 min for three young men wearing their masks around their necks, and starting to horseplay. Then a family with 4children walked in, none wearing masks. I will miss this place. The good: Sauce was good. Food tasted good. The bad: The "large" portion size was smaller than I have gotten at other places. I... ordered the beef and broccoli. Also, in my opinion, there was less beef and more broccoli compared to other places. I orderedthrough door dash. My food arrived with no fork, no napkins, no sauce, and no egg roll. I called the restaurant about this, andthey said that they don't do delivery, and that was the reason for the confusion and quality of service. They blamed it on doordash. Read more
If you care about customer service, quality, and you do not carry cash around, PLEASE find somewhere else to go. They only... accept cash which is not a good business idea in the 21th century. I'm new to the area. I've only been to this place twice andthe second time was my last time going. The first time it was fine. The second time I got the wrong order with horrible customerservice. On both days I was friendly and even had small friendly talk with the lady who works there, the same one that answeredthe phone. I called them and said that I had received the wrong order. The immature lady immediately yells, you should havesaid the right order. I told her I ordered the same thing yesterday with no problem and plus I do not eat meat so I know I didnot ask for chicken. Then she says bring back the order and HUNG up the phone before I could say ok. I was livid! 15 minuteslater she called me back and said you can pick up your order. I told her "I don't want the food because you were verydisrespectful by hanging up the phone during mid conversation, I want my money back." I advise everyone to not go there. I wasgoing to order my department lunch from there after the first time going and now they have missed out on a lot of money becauseof horrible customer service. Read more
