Usually very satisfied with other chipotle?s portions and customer service but this is now the third time I?ve tried this... location and been disappointed. The portion sizes are always sad here even though paying for extra chicken and rice. They seemto always throw the bowls into the bag making an absolute mess when you go to eat. Wish I could just give zero stars. Wow, what is wrong with this Chipotle? Is it management? I don't know, but the RUDEST... employees, like ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS, and food not good. Every time I go there there is an issue. This time: tiny amount of meatand beans for some reason. Then NASTY ATTITUDE CASHIER wants to argue with the customers about a water cup. Pay $3 for paper cupto put water in or go thirsty. Really?! Looked in my side of chips bag, and there is like five chips in there. Barbacoa meathadn't even been cut/shredded, what little of it there was was in huge chunks. NASTY ATTITUDE CASHIER didn't even bag up my foodor even move it to my side of the counter, just left it sitting down at the end of the line for e to reach over and get it. HeyChipotle, do you have any oversight or standards for your franchises? You need to clean house at this place, from top to bottom,and bring people in that actually know what a Chipotle is supposed to be like. Believe or not, I am a stockholder but if thiscontinues, need to reconsider that, because this is now getting beyond just the location issues--it is hurting the brand thatyou allow this place to continue even though you have consistent feedback about the constant problems here. This is not our closest Chipotle but we are willing to travel because it's always well stocked. Staff is excellent-friendly,... attentive and creating beautiful food. Also the kitchen is following the recipes instead of seasoning to their taste, so therice is never too salty and the flavors of individual items hold up when blended so there's always a nice contrast where you cantaste each ingredient. The best organic food at an excellent price. Easy parking. Read more
I have never had chicken jerky served at a chipotle. The chicken was dried crunchy. It was horrible.

As far as Chipotles go, this location was subpar and disappointing. The store itself was a bit untidy and some areas appeared... dirty. It seemed as though the store was understaffed. They were out of several things including chips. The staff was nice, butagain they were understaffed and it was evident. SECOND VISIT: My second visit was worse than my first. Food and service is hit or miss. This is the only chipotle that is consistently out of 2-3 things every time I go. I?ve driven... there multiple times just to leave disappointed. Some employees don?t care, and at times it shows in the quality of the food. Read more
