I was so taken back!! Went to lunch with orders from 2 other coworkers. We all had taste buds ready for some Chipotle. I drive... across town to get lunch & there is a note on door they were only accepting online orders????. Disappointed is anunderstatement...time and gas included! Won't be going to that Chipotle no time soon!!! Guess I'll venture downtown next timeit's closer...smh! **Update... I was sent an email someone wanted to know more about my experience. The food is good and fresh they're just always either missing major like chicken or the fajita veggies on two different... occasions or have to have exact change or use your card which is a big inconvenience at times and has happened more than once tothe point where I had to leave and go out of my way to another Chipotle because it was too many inconveniences at once. Chipotle is falling off no matter the location...very disappointed in the quality of food they serve, it's like they don't care.... My manager wanted to treat her employees to lunch for pharmacy week, so picked this place, the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, she orderover 15 bowls with 17 bags of chips and we received no chips at all and when we tried to reach out to the store it only had arecording that said to go online which is unacceptable because we were trying to let them know that we didn't receive the chips,that's a lot of money..as of yet still haven't heard back. I always go to this Chipotle because it?s closest to my house and I?ve been repeatedly disappointed by its quality. They did not... let me add extra rice and the rice served was raw! Not to mention the horrible customer service. I will no longer be a customerunless changes are made. Read more
This location was very, very short staffed and the 3 employees were absolutely doing the best they could. They had so many... online orders they could not timely serve in person guests. The restaurant was out of several food options and it was not theChipotle we are accustomed to. It may be beneficial for this location to be online only until staffing can be improved. I wantto reiterate how the staff on last Saturday were working diligently and to the best of their ability considering thecircumstances. Kudos to them for showing up to work! Read more
I have had good food at this location in the past, but over the last 6 months or so, it has gone downhill. They are ALWAYS out... of fajita veggies. Today I was there at 2:30 pm and they were out and no veggies were cooking. Also out of steak with nonecooking. The guacamole had hard, unripe chucks of avocado. Time to stop eating at this location! Absolute worst to order from. I ordered Double steak Guac(extra) Chips and Dip this is what I got. They refuse to answer their... phone. Staff beyond rude as if their job kills them. They need better management and a better crew overall with those jacked upattitudes Read more
If I could give negative stars... I would. I ordered chipotle for me my kids and I distinctly remember ordering 3 bowls with... rice. Why did my order pick up person tell me that they had no rice? At chipotle? How can I eat a burrito bowl with no rice.They were 2 hours away from closing and are right infront of the a grocery store maybe they should've went and bought some rice.Then they proceeded not to refund me and put extra beans and salad in my bowl that I never asked for.
