This chipotle sucks. The workers are unfriendly, the meat is undercooked, the rice is always salty and there are always items... (corn, cheese and guacamole) in the sour cream. Worst chipotle ever. We have been going here for a few months now and they were okay?it was not great service but it was fine. Tonight was TERRIBLE.... Half of our order was out, the steak was extremely dry, chips were stale, and on top of it, we FOUND A STICKER IN OUR GUACAMOLE!This is completely unacceptable. Far from their definition of ?fresh? that they say they take pride in. I don?t know who ismanaging this place but they need to get rid of that person and bring someone in who knows how to run a Chipotle. I would ratherdrive to another location then walk here again. They were out of tortillas for tacos, then they were out of all salsas. Like they should tell you that before you order. Then,... I wanted to get chips and guacamole but the guacamole was So brown it looked like it was 3-5 days old. Then I went to get mydrink and someone had hooked up the regular coke to the Diet Coke line, and there was no Diet Coke. Got my bowl home and ricechicken and beans were all hard. Just ridiculous. No joke the worst chipotle I think there is. Being out of veggies might be understandable but the way this lady smash rolled a... basic burrito literally made me laugh. Leaves out ingredients on to go orders with no notice. Twice I ordered a veggie bowl with extra fajita veggies and lettuce and... both times received a bowl with no fajita veggies and about 5 small pieces of lettuce. Rice is undercooked. After waiting 30 minutes for my mobile order, I get a bowl that looks like it?s half eaten. Next to no meat at all.

Eesh - this is what the guacamole on an order that was picked up right on time and opened as soon as we got home looked like. I... was hopeful just the tops were dark green but the entire guacamole was all dark green. It was made almost worse by the unripenedchunks of avocado that were also mixed in. We have had consistently bad experiences with this Chipotle (wrong orders, stalechips, etc.), but we now no longer feel there are any basic quality checks on the food.
