I take my three year old daughter to this location often. We go during the week day when they first open because it's not... crowded and we can maintain social distancing. They have a descent amount of games so she can stay entertained for a while. Thebest feature for me is the way you can pay to play. You can pay for tokens or an allotted amount of time. We buy the time optionso we can play for as long as we want to stay which is usually 45 minutes to an hour. The menu is limited and tailored for thekids. We was there and ordered at 7:50 pm and waited over an hour to get off our son was very hungry and before we got our food my bf... talked to someone and they said we had to wait and then another 15 min went by and nothing. I went up there and seen the managerand told him that we was waiting over an hour and didn?t get our pizza. The manager was rude and said that we could either get arefund or wait for our pizza that he had just made personally so my bf told him we waited over an hour and asked could we getsome more minutes then and he said no we either get get the food or a refund. I had a horrible experience with this location. Reserved a birthday party for my son who was turned 8 about 10-12 days before... the party on the phone. The person on the Chuck E. Cheese line was very nice and answered all my questions. The problem camewhen I arrived at the location and was told some of the things in the package I picked did not actually come in the package. Thehost and manager told me I was told the wrong pre-covid information. Long story short there was a verbal altercation betweenmyself and the manager and I?ve never experienced such horrible customer service! We came to Chuck E Cheese on a Monday Evening. We were greeted promptly when arrived. I Love that They mark the whole group with... the same making so the Kid can't leave with a Stranger. The Employees were very friendly with helping understand the New Pointversus Time cards They offer now. The Kids had a great time with wearing Their Mask. Read more
