The previous reviews do not reflect my experience at all. I went at the height of lunchtime and there were a good number of... people in Cosi, but the line moved quickly. Just about everyone was in the salad line. The restaurant was clean and the staffwas very friendly. I had the Asian chicken salad and wholegrain flatbread for under $10. My only complaint is that the salad hadtoo much dressing for my taste. Next time I will ask them to put on less. I definitely plan to go back. A very convenientdowntown location. Read more

I arrived at 9:00am with a group of 14 people. The staff graciously made our breakfast sandwiches and were very patient with us.... Croissant breakfast sandwiches were a hit with the kids. Only disappointment was the hot chocolate, which tasted like hot milkwith a teeny bit of chocolate stirred in. Next time we'll stick to just sandwiches at Cosi Read more

The individual who made my breakfast was great but the cashier at checkout was horrible meaning he was very rude... and displayed no customer service skills. I used to eat at Cosi everyday for breakfast then the service began to decline. This is my first time been back this year and it will probably be a while before I return. Read more
Was trying to find a place within walking diatance from our hotel, found this sandwich shop inside an office building. They were... out of croissants, but we got bacon and egg wraps. Wraps were large, wish they had smaller wraps, or put 2 eggs inside insteadof just one. Coffee was good, tables were clean, staff were polite but preoccupied with preparing for the lunch crowd.
