Went on a Tuesday afternoon to celebrate my grandsons graduation. We reserved but didn't need to;the place was practically... empty. The manager, Mason, directed us to the high tables which the kids and grandkids loved but took me a minute to get on (I'ma tall 5' 2"). The boys went to play games (plenty of them to choose from but I couldn't find Fruit Ninja). I ordered the newBBQ chicken flatbread; it was awesome! All the flavors melded together to make for a satisfying treat. The boys got the bluedrink that had Jolly Rancher, Sprite and lit-up ice cube they really enjoyed. We had the lemonade that seemed very tart to mebut they were able to get me some sugar. Service was very quick: we had two of the burgers. One was the Beastmode Bacon Burger(it was huge and soooooo good; the pork belly was so tender) and the Philly French Dip that comes on ciabatta with peppercorn aujus and creamy horseradish. I was looking for the regular au just but this was perfect! Our waitress was very attentive and eventhough we had to return the hot wings(they were to hard to eat), they were replaced quickly with a smile. Everyone there werekind and helpful. The service was ok, the food was bland, definitely missing something on the burger, the nachos were dry and difficult to eat, ... more plain that had a topping. Requested the missing bacon jam for the burger, and it came out tasteless, looked like a greasygray blob, and all together the entire burger was visually unappealing. I had to request BBQ sauce to pep it up. Read more
The kids really enjoyed themselves so I'm happy. The food wasn't bad either, but service can be kinda weird. You're better off... scanning the QR code on the table and placing your order online than waiting for someone to come and take your order. Also, itcan get a little pricey. Do the food and game combo if you plan on eating there. They have some type of combo special. Read more
Games were fun to play, so we had a good time. Food wasn't so great. My bacon burger had old tasting and rubbery bacon and... wilted looking lettuce. Tomato and the burger itself was good. Fries were stiff and semi warm. My burger wonderfully had 4slices of bacon I was thrilled to see until I tasted it. I'll eat next door at Buffalo Wild Wings and come to play. I'lldefinitely spend my money playing games. It was my 1st time at Dave and Busters and I was impressed by the games. Staff wasfriendly also. :-) Read more
