So I ordered Domino?s on Aug 23,2022. My total was $18.00. No I didn?t tip. But luckily my bank account gave me a update today... that my total was changed to another amount. I genuinely don't understand the bad reviews. I've rarely had an issue. Food always comes fast, service is good. I had an issue... ONCE and they refunded my money and told me to keep the food lol (the pizza delivered to us was smashed from the driver puttingsomething on top presumably). They only get 2 starts because the food is good when it does come but it takes an hour just for them to bake it. It seems like... they forget or something. They never answer the phone. I?ve even been called once after placing a order for delivery asking if Icould come get it instead. I guess they love giving away free pizza every time because they don?t care to deliver the pizzawithin the time frame they don?t even care to get it out the store in less than an hour & a half. First off. The delivery driver, nicest guy you will ever meet. Now my first pizza I received was, I felt, a little lite on the... toppings. I called, talked to (who I assume to be the manager), well he, in a very calm voice, apologizes and vows to make thepizza himself. I know at first I was think, ya right.
