Poor service. Pizza is usually under cooked or over cooked. Last time I order from them they missed 3 items out of 6 that I... ordered. When I tried calling them to get my money back, no one answers the multiple calls I tried. I used to like ordering fromthis dominoes years ago. They were always on time, food was great and on time! I ordered a large food order before closing and they billed my credit card and never delivered the food. It took a month to get... the money back from the corporate headquarters with no compensatory credit. I gave them another shot because they stay openlate. Orders that did show up came burnt and overcooked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp or had been left in theoven way too long. The thin crusts were the worst and had to be thrown out. When I called to resolve it, they were indignant andasked for understanding because they are short staffed. No replacement or credit was given. Every time I picked food up there itwas very young workers who were more interested in their phones and laptops. One even had his laptop and speakers hooked up on atable where customers sit with obnoxious music blasting. Who knows why this franchise is even still open, it has beendeteriorating for years. I will never order from this dominos again. I placed a $50 order with them and one of which was chicken that was not even half... way done, I took the food back showing them that it was not done, they were supposed to be refunding my money back, went there 3times and they still as of refunded my money. I will continue to make visits until I do. Read more
Came to get a pizza and wings a few weeks ago- kind of late at night, and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while a staff of... 5 stood there with nothing in their hands before helping me, even though their work areas were filthy. When I came home with thepizza it was only cut 3 times. (Photo shows a few slices missing. We were hungry) I know it's Dominos but this amount oflaziness is crazy. This dominoes is less than 10 minutes from my house. I understand a busy night, but the food was abysmal. I ordered the Buffalo... bites & the chicken Alfredo. The bites were burnt but I was able to pick off the burnt. However, the chicken Alfredo pasta hasabsolutely zero sauce and still was somehow burnt. Read more
Just pick up my large 2 toppings pizza with (extra mushrooms) .Not only is it over cooked but there isn?t any mushrooms . 10.99... for a plain over cooked cheese pizza . App said it was ready . My son went inside to pick up . Had to wait over 30 minutes .Kept being told it was in the oven . Definitely will be using this location any more . Read more
Pizza had a whole in it. Pretty sure it was seen before they brought it out to me. The pizza didn't taste bad in the other box... and was hot but I will be checking my food if I ever visit there again. Read more
Just awful. My order is never correct. They never answer their phone. Food is only subpar. Food is getting expensive... therefore the staff should be trained to respect their customers and read the order and prepare it properly. Very disappointedbecause they used to be good but the past few months they?ve gone downhill fast. They?ve lost a customer. Read more
