Teach some manners to your staffs!! We are paying to get our stuff and not taking freebies to encounter an indecent staffing.... Very poor hospitality and ill behaved staffs. Ordered carryout of a large Brooklyn with pepperoni mushroom and sausage. Was given pepperoni only. Store won't answer their... phone. This was my last attempt with this store - six months ago they tried to deliver food I'd ordered at 7 at 10:30. I refusedthe order and decided not to return. My mistake was trying them again. I can only drive here and get take away but it is worth it. I have been here three times and everytime we got exactly what we... ordered, it was delicious, and the staff was quick and friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a slight pain withthe traffic at certain times but the extra drive is worth it for me (our closest domino's located in a nearby apartment complexshould not be allowed to call itself a dominos). Don't let the one star fool you, I'd rank it at zero stars if I could. Even half a star would due, and that's just for having... given hope that I'd be able to ORDER a pizza. After using the website to order, I quickly noticed my tracker jump to "complete".As in: your order has been delivered. Needless to say, I, uh, never saw my pizza. After attempting to call the store, Irealized they had no intention of picking up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It deserves to be shut down. Read more
Everything was fine except I didn't get my carside delivery. After waiting about 4 mins I went inside to get the order. It still... wasn't ready even though the app said it was. The man there told me they had forgotten to make part of it (the cinnamon twists)so I had to wait another 5-ish for those to get done and get to me. The manager Ms. Precious runs an extremely tight ship. The pizza is so well made every time, and the service is top notch that... it?s become an everyday stop for me. $7.99 (with the app and an always running coupon) gets you the best dinner for that pricein the city. When I use the app it?s so easy. I?ve never had to wait longer than maybe 30 minutes from when i placed the orderand when I picked it up when they were jammed packed during lunch rush. Store is spotless clean, which is a big deal, especiallyduring covid. Definitely the best Domino?s I?ve ever come across. Everytime I order the browine pie from the location on 41st and falls road , I get paper cooked into the brownie. Now this time... on 11/22/22 the paper is cooked on the bottom of it and I have to peel it off with hopes of not getting it inside the browinepeices . Some drivers have attitudes and demand tips. This location never answers the phone. Corporate doesn't even follow upon complains .. Worst Domino's ever. Read more
