Not one of the most efficient drive thru service. One of the slowest I frequent and stirring the coffees is too much to ask for
Cold coffee and the girl at the window tried hand us coffee that was spilling all over the tray. When we said we are not taking... them she got ignorant, got us new coffees and asked what are we waiting for! We said the rest of our order. Doughnuts and amuffin. Oh and when we first pulled up to the window she asked if we ordered on the go and we said we ordered online and sheyelled that's what I just said! Well we won't be going there anymore. Getting better during the week I'd say only getting 3 out if 10 wrong/nasty coffee, Weekend crew especially Sunday is... different I got 3 iced coffees 2 in the am, 1 was completely wrong even know they were the same. Afternoon 4pm Large caramelwith cream literally was cream and caramel, So out of 3 in 1 day , I reliever 1 decent coffee Saturday Aug 27, iced coffeeterrible, iced latte terrible Sunday Aug 28, morning latte and coffee were good 4:30 pm, iced coffee was terrible I'mhonestly tired of asking for new. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I can't help but to express how disappointed I am every single time I come to this... dunkin donuts. my order is almost always rang up correct but for some reason the employees just can't get it right. I order aiced coffee with coconut shot, cream, liquid sugar, and cold foam and they never fail to screw it up. there's always a differentflavor than I ordered, no sugar, no cold foam, or little to no cream. I shouldn't have to correct my order every single time soI'm officially giving up on this dunkin. do better. Read more
I?m giving up on this dunkin I feel like ever since they expanded the parking lot this dunkin has sucked. I usually don?t leave... bad reviews but the owner needs to realize how badly this business is run when he isn?t there, ok I just went through the drivethru the lobby is closed again which is fine but I asked for a medium latte with extra ice because I don?t want all milk I knowlattes require milk but I asked for extra ice and specifically said because I don?t want a ton of milk. Do you know what mylatte taste like?? Carmel milk I don?t taste coffee at all I always order a large but with extra expresso and I get thesignature so it?s like $8 for a coffee I only order large in the morning cuz it?s almost always made wrong in the afternoon notonly was my coffee wrong but I asked for a wake up wrap no egg and I got a burnt croissant with cheese that?s not even melted. I love DD. I use to go to the one on Merritt Blvd just to see the manager. But, I was surprised to see him at the one on Wise... Ave today.
