Goodness. I should've looked at these reviews. I was trying to get coffee at a convenient location. I entered the shop and was... trying to look at the doughnuts. Truly I wasnt sure if I wanted anything. Only to be met with: hes ahead of you. I was like I'mnot skipping the line, i am just looking at what you have and the prices. (I'm used to starbucks). Only for her to repeat thesame thing. And I did the same. She goes oh just making sure. Not in an apologetic tone, but almost aggressive. I leftimmediately, a stressful encounter is the last thing I need. It would be a sista. Avoid this shop at all costs. terribleattitude and customer service. Read more

Wow! My love??for Dunkin? has been lost some by purchasing at this location. The convenience of being in the train station is... possible the reason I gave the one ?? star. I ordered a large hot coffee with hazelnut creamer and it taste awful! I would havenormally gotten a refund, but didn?t have time since my train was shortly boarding. PLEASE IMPROVE SERVICE, because yourlocation is ideal! Read more

Iam sitting on the bench outsideDunkin, trying to decide what I want. As I watched the young lady serve lots of customers... efficiently, also noticed there was no changing of the one glove she wore in between transactions and money. Then the kickerwas a young man came in from the side goes up to the donuts pulls some out (long sleeve jacket and all) and leaves out. Anemployee I guess. Just not a good look overall. Read more

Employee didn't know the difference between a chocolate muffin and a blueberry muffin. She had an attitude when I asked her to... check and still gave me the wrong muffin. Luckily I didn't get sick this time. I've sued companies before for giving me food Imallergic to after I've asked them not to. Im still giving them two stars because notwithstanding this last experience thingsusually go smoothly. The gentleman with the glasses is always polite and kind when I see him there. Read more

The place does the job, but nothing more. Service is a mixed bag. The woman running coffee seems to be on her game, but the cash... register has been a revolving door of disinterested people. It seems like anytime they get a decent employee trained, theyleave. Read more

I have went to this Shop three times since August 27, and have had my iced coffee order wrong all three times. For some reason... when asking for an iced mocha the workers here think that any flavor they want is an adequate substitute (pumpkin spice, coffee,caramel) in lieu of the mocha flavor. The larger problem is they don't actually check your order at the register it just chargeyou before you get a chance to find out that your order is wrong once again. Not awful location for basic cup of joe but theystruggle with details and can be slow on some days. Read more
