These people are SLOW and always have been but today is surprisingly slow. This morning I pulled in the line at 7:53, ordered my... coffee through the mobile app and it?s 8:12 and I?m still in line. I don?t understand how they can be so slow. Having said that,coffee is always good and the staff is friendly but they are S L O W?? If you see a line, keep driving until you hit the nextDunkin because trust me, it?ll be quicker. P.S the sad thing is that it?s a drive thru only location and they?ve got 85 peoplein there doing nothing but drive thru and still can?t get an order out in a reasonable amount of time. SMH Read more
Not bad during the afternoon but in the morning around 8:00 am it?s horrible services. They don?t let you inside at this... location and drive thru is literally backed up into Pulaski highway. They always forget to put the cold foam on my drink in themorning even though I?m charged extra for it. Read more
This place is terrible. They are so slow. I ordered on the app and had to wait 15 minutes in line since it?s drive thru only.... Then I ordered a toasted everything bagel but received a non toasted plain bagel. I?ll drive a little further to get betterservice. Read more
Dont go here unless you have a small vehicle. This location does not service the working individuals who drive trucks or any... kind of large vehicle. The doors to the dinning room are locked at 10:30am on Monday july 18th for no reason. The person whoworks the register is just sitting at a table watch there phone. Hopefully corporate can help because who ever the on sitemanager is they need to be fired. Read more

As much as i love this location, 4 out of 10 times they forget a part of your order and its hectic to get back in line and wait... 10 to 15 mins to get stuff you paid for that should have been in your bag the first time around. Other than that everyone isusually sweet and or polite. Read more
The food was good. The donuts were good but not as good as other Dunkin Donuts I've tasted. The croissant sandwich and... hashbrowns were delicious and made right the first time, which is rare for other Dunkin locations I've visited. The line wasvery long because the location diwn the street is being renovated. Getting the food took forever. The customer service wasgreat, very kind, and professional. Read more
