I used to travel in and out of BWI for years and got to know this establishment and owner well. I know you might not equate... airport sushi with quality but this place is the real deal and then some. Fresh ingredients of top quality. I changed employersin 2017 so I have not been back in years. Quite easily one of the best places I?ve eaten at in an airport, easily. The service was top notch and the ramen was even... better. I?ve been to too many airports and the food typically does not justify the price but this is totally different. Theportion was good and the price isn?t out of the ordinary for ramen which is shocking since everything at the airport costs anarm and a leg. They all ignore me for a good two minutes. I ask if I?m supposed to order at theregister? ?No, Just sit down and I will be with you in a minute?. Then nothing again. I left.
