I'm not vegan, but I am always up to try interesting food. Their sunflower seed tuna burger was a little messy to eat, but... CRAZY tasty! The kale salad was basic, but the texture perfectly complimented all of the flavours in the sandwich. I willdefinitely come by again when I am craving something fresh and flavourful! ???? Benita Applebam Vegan Cheesecake is my favorite! I've been here countless times. I'm still confused by the raw part of the... menu, because several items are cooked. The Aye Papi Bowl is reallly good too. The portion can last beyond one meal. I alsolove this place because of the location. I can take any friend or family member to E Cross Street Market and everyone can findsomething they like to eat. While they chomp on animals, I get my full portion from Gangster Vegan Organics. Got the kalelifornia soul bowl and it was tasty, not as flavorful as I expected. The only thing I was confused about was that it... was raw but the beans and rice are definitely cooked (????good with me). Other places I?ve tried in Chicago that were raw weretruly all raw so maybe just me. I got there at 11am and was able to order around slightly before noon, was super quick! Read more
I ordered the burrito bowl and apple pie cheesecake. The bowl was so flavorful even my non vegan daughter loved it! And the... cheesecake had the perfect amount of sweetness. Definitely one of the best Vegan restaurants in Baltimore. Read more
Although I'm not a vegan, I support vegan businesses and it's even better when their food is really good. And extra cool for the... name. As I said, the food is delicious but I want to single out the apple pie cheesecake (see pics below) as one of the bestdesserts I've ever had: creamy and luscious and not overly sweet. 2nd time I've stood in line only to be ignored for 5 min while the cashier is on her phone. I'd like to try the food but refuse... to be ignored. 12:45 lunch on Tuesday and can't get served. Took a few steps left and got poke bowl instead. Gangster if youwonder why your store is not performing look no further than your employees who refuse to offer service. I said hello a couple of times which she could not hear as she waslooking down while sitting at the register. Finally knocked on the counter to get her attention.
