Overall had a great time at this brewery! The burgers here were great and the beer was really good too. I ordered the Shepards... pie and it was pretty good, but a little salty so I let the server know to communicate that to the cooks for future orders. Mybrothers birthday was this weekend so the offered him a free dessert which I thought was nice. For the price of the food andbeer I think this is a great place to take the family out to eat at. Other than the food and the service it was good. My party was here for an event, trivia finals, held upstairs. The space is... amazing, absolutely beautiful! But from the start employees were clearly not ready for the event - a management failure. Oneserver mentioned they had no idea there was an event. We waited a full hour on our first drink order. While food came out quickwe all decided it was very, ok. We ordered the apple cobbler, pictured. Um, putting it nicely, it was a cinnamon soup withcooked apples. Our server noticed our displeasure and did offer to take it off the bill, that alone is the reason my review is 3and not 2 stars. Read more
To start with, service was fantastic! The beer selection was also really strong. What set this place apart go was the food. Most... microbreweries don't seem to have fantastic food. Many survive on pizza ovens and food trucks. This place had food that was overand above with great selections all tied into a European beer theme. The building, the vibe and the food and drink make thisplace a home run. Update: It's even better now! Never had food this good at a brewery and the beer is legit. Read more
An absolutely stunning brewery and restaurant space. The food was pretty darn good too. I absolutely loved the beer. Most things... were pretty smooth and easy drinking. Not just tons of IPAs. I was a little disappointed that the brunch menu didn’t reallyhave many vegetarian options. Read more
Great beer. Recommend the flight for two people who want to explore their beer offerings. New menu as of 2021-11-18. See... photos. We got beer, salads, and dessert ? everything were great. Service was good. Tables were spaced out inside. Felt likethere was a good energy but not too crowded. Would go back again if I needed a bar to watch a game while drinking a beer andeating pretzel. I agree with others, the atmosphere is great at Guilford. The building itself is old and has a very rustic/historic feel with... creaky wood floors, steal beams, remnants of the building’s prior uses, etc. The beer garden would be a great place to enjoy abeer on a nice day. Beers were good - brought me back to times I’ve spent in England and Germany. Food was solid but if Iwere to nitpick I’d say $20 for the English Breakfast is a bit on the high side, but not so egregious that I’d shy away fromrecommending. Very nice upscale brewery/brewpub. Both inside and outside were immaculately maintained. We came here during a Ravens game and... there was no shortage of TVs to see the game. Outside there is a huge patio which was actually too hot the day we visitedbecause the sun was directly overhead. Definitely get the beer flight- six of their flagship beers- though you cannot customizeit. If you're in the area do not miss Guilford Hall. Know before you go- They don't have parking, only street parking, which wasplentiful the Sunday I visited. Read more
