If I could give zero stars I would. This place always messes up the order. This time was the worst experience I?ve ever had. I... went through the drive through around 7:30pm, the employees inside were arguing. I ordered a KFC famous bowl, and was given myfood with no utensils. Once I realized this I stopped at a store near by and got a fork to eat with. As I began to eat, I put abite in my mouth and CHOKED ON A LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC COVERED IN MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY. I had the 3pc. Chicken strips w/Cole slaw & a biscuit which I enjoyed for a quick meal. Unfortunately, my son was disappointed... w/ the chicken sandwich meal, he ended up just eating the three sides that came w/ the meal. I'm sorry everyone can't do achicken sandwich like Chick Fil-A. Read more
The chicken is a hot mess, soggy breading and sometimes undercooked. The biscuits are usually dry, and service is non existent.... Sometimes you'll deal with a pleasant individual, sometimes you won't. I stopped coming to this location several months ago. Notworth my time or money. Read more
This store is terrible. The item I wanted was not available and I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it.... As I waited outside for the order to be ready, I attempted to go back in to get the order and the entry door was locked. I hadalready paid for the order and had to knock hard on the door to get a response. This is not good business practices. Read more
Food was good, service not so much. I have to explain. 2 employees sat directly in front of the register while 1 employee ran... between drive thru and walk in registers waiting on everyone and filling some orders. The Cook helped me when I waited andwaited for some butter and jelly packets. I figured the employees sitting in the dining room looking at their phones to avoideye contact were on their breaks. Three stars because I knew what I was walking into and the food was good, although so muchfor the 5 dollar fill ups. Mine was 6.79 and the cookie is smaller. Everything is getting higher but it doesn't have to getsmaller. I went back yesterday and ordered a pot pie and sat down. After sitting there and waiting for 5 minutes, I heard afemale employee yell " who sold a pot pie, they are 23 minutes from being done in the oven. The store was actually out ofseveral things. Including ice tea. I looked at our receipt and saw we were charged for 2 bags at 5c each. We only received 1bag and we didnt need any bags because we ate inside. I am confused. This is the first time in a while that I've had a bad experience at this location but it took 45 mins to get my order with only... 2 other people in front of me. I was willing to over look that, till the teller literally THREW the bag of food at me. I alwaysbelieve in being polite to others, I wish I'd be treated the same. Read more
This place is absolutely horrible, $42 for the 12 piece family meal and everything was luke warm at best not to mention didn't... taste good at all. The chicken had zero flavor and the batter was mushy, I've had better fried chicken from 7-11. The gravy forthe mashed potatoes was so thick I could hold the cup upside down and not a drop came out. The Mac and cheese, fries & andbiscuits were okay although they would have been better if they were hot. Don't waste your time or $ going to the Dundalk, MDKFC because you will be extremely disappointed. Read more
