This guy & young lady right here made my year .. their kindness made me cry going home. I can?t believe people like them still... exists. his name is Tray & hers is Shabria. Their customer service skills along with Tone of voice Was so pleasant &understanding along with Sabria absolutely exceptional. I?ve been going to this KFC for over 30 years and I?m blessed to knowthat love ?? still exist there along with pleasing their customers. They deserve to be promoted get a raise a bonuse &recognized. The lady behind the microphone for the drive through was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with NOT the cashiers. She... was literally saying why don?t you go else where.
