Went for the first time last night.We ordered the Soft pretzel and add cheese for dipping,got a 18" pizza with pepperoni,... onion,mushroom, green peppers,Italian sausage and crispy bacon with 2 sodas. It was unclear what the ordering process was so we ordered at the carry out area with the intention of eating in. After we... ordered, the staff allowed us to sit in the dining area, but we were completely ignored by all servers, even though we wanted toorder more and definitely would have tipped. We frequent Ledo Pizza and usually enjoy a good experience. However, that trend was shattered Sunday evening at the Ledo in... White Marsh. The food was hot and the appetizer was delicious, but the pizza was made incorrectly. We would have sent it back,however we weren't able to find anyone to help us on the floor. Also, they were out of ice tea, which I find reprehensible,given the ease in making it in the automatic brewers. Additionally, the people at the table near us were unreasonably loud andno one said anything to them, despite making a request to do so. It's very unfortunate that we won't be returning to Ledo Pizzafor a while, in hopes they can address their internal issues. Read more
