Went for the first time last night.We ordered the Soft pretzel and add cheese for dipping,got a 18" pizza with pepperoni,... onion,mushroom, green peppers,Italian sausage and crispy bacon with 2 sodas. It was unclear what the ordering process was so we ordered at the carry out area with the intention of eating in. After we... ordered, the staff allowed us to sit in the dining area, but we were completely ignored by all servers, even though we wanted toorder more and definitely would have tipped. And our food took much longer than the 15 minutes we were quoted. An extremelyfrustrating and sad experience. Read more
I ordered a cheese pizza, however they messed up the order and gave me pepperoni. They offered me to fix it in 5 minutes, I was... like how could you make a new pizza in 10 minutes unless they are just taking off pepperoni out of pizza and give it back to me.I asked for money back but it took manager some time, so I ended up leaving the place and I donated pizza to someone as I?mvegetarian. The Good Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by a hospitable staff who allowed us to sit where we wanted. The... atmosphere was relaxing. The waitress immediately gave us a menu. She gave our son some crayons and a coloring page to keep himoccupied. We ordered the mozzarella stick appetizer that hit our table within three minutes. They were good. We then ordered theveggie pizza, which was also delicious. It was served hot and fresh. After the pizza, we then had the chocolate cheesecakecupcake, which was just decent. The manager came by our table multiple times to see if everything was to our liking. For themost part, it was. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 6 wings to go. Pizza is flavorful...pepperoni wasn't salty either unlike other places. Wings... cooked to our liking, well done and didn't have to tell them. We really enjoyed our dinner! Read more
We frequent Ledo Pizza and usually enjoy a good experience. However, that trend was shattered Sunday evening at the Ledo in... White Marsh. The food was hot and the appetizer was delicious, but the pizza was made incorrectly. We would have sent it back,however we weren't able to find anyone to help us on the floor. Also, they were out of ice tea, which I find reprehensible,given the ease in making it in the automatic brewers. Additionally, the people at the table near us were unreasonably loud andno one said anything to them, despite making a request to do so. It's very unfortunate that we won't be returning to Ledo Pizzafor a while, in hopes they can address their internal issues. Read more
