I was at this location for a pick up order. I was to pick up by 10.48AM but didn't leave the restaurant until 11.20AM. What... really appalled me was a very patient lady whom I met when I arrived. She later called on one of the store Associate complainingabout her wait for in-store order on Docket #229. She said she has waited over 25 minutes and ask if she could be refunded ifher Order is not forthcoming. To my Dismay, the Team lead for the shift , made that Refund without an apology. Service was almost fair. Workers seem to be grumpy. The menu offerings are always a surprise. You go one month and they have... something great. You go back the next month and it's gone (Like breakfast all day). Very inconsistent. Read more
This is the worst McDonald?s in Baltimore. Dont go here any time after 8 because you will be waiting for your food for 30 mins... at least. They only take cash and last time I went the person taking my order said they weren?t serving anything but ChickenNuggets and Fries. Who in the hell do you only have chicken nuggets and fries left. Nothing fast about this location. 25 min from order time till food arrived. Dinning room is dirty. Nobody on front register. So... be prepared to use the self help order kiosk. Or the app. It's like they are still milking COVD-19 excuses. Read more
Just got home @ 1 in the morning to a wrong order. Smh. I live 10 minutes away and picked up a spicy chicken meal on the way... home from work. The guy at the window verified my order and handed me a bag so I didn?t bother checking. I got two cheeseburgerscheese only instead. Read more
I just believe if you're going to move at a speeding pace you need to make sure the orders are corrected I'd rather for you to... move up just a tad bit slow to make sure the order is correct once you order you shouldn't have to worry about coming back toget your order right Read more
