I'm a frequent customer to McDonald's and this by far the best friendly, fast food customer service experience in this area.
This McDonald's location is by far the best it's convenient and nearby for a lot of the families and individuals who just want... something quick for a light dinner or a light lunch snack. Just went through about an hour ago, whoever they had working night shift on every position should literally get the fattest... raises. Everyone was extremely friendly, efficient, and personable, especially the girl who handed me my food, she was sonice! As well as this, the order was all correct, my drink + fries were upgraded (love y?all for that), and everything wasnicely made + super hot! Hands down the best experience I?ve ever had here. Very poor service. Every order missing something. Or wrong. If you sit in there and eat breakfast for lunch you'll see several... other people usually one in five receive the wrong order and a long 10 or 15 minute wait time problems are with the employeessome of the managers need a class in customer service 101. The sassy lady at the counter is a must see. She was great, happy pleasant and fun. Great attitude, you can tell the workers... enjoy their job. This establishment has a sense of community as well.
