Just left (10/19 12 noon) and it was horrible! Big Mac roll was burnt. Big Mac was cold and so were the fries. Do better!!!
Absolute disgrace to the McDonald?s brand. We waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell us they were ?closed? despite being... a 24 hour location. This has to be the best McDonald's around the area. The employees are always very nice.The food is always hot and prepared... neatly. I was in the drive thru and they are pretty fast if I do say so myself. my kids always reminds me of the time we had abirthday party there when he was younger. we have a lot of good memories there and hope to have many more. Went there at 11:15 pm on a wednesday night. They need help. The line for drive thru did not move for 15 minutes. When we... finally got our food at the drive thru window service sucks. "Sophia" was rude, barely understood english and when we asked fora receipt she said she not giving a receipt and slammed the window. The food was disgusting and tasteless. DONT GO TO THISMCDONALDS. They need to FIRE EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE AND START OVER. SERVICE HAS DECLINED OVER THE YEARS. I HATE IT HEREWILL NEVER GO BACK. Read more
My order is always off, when I choose to stop at this McDonald's ???? The meal is never prefect. Something is always worthy of... me complaining about. They may give you a good burger, but, the fries are cold. Or the fries are perfect, but, they give you aburger or old bread. They may even completely forget to give you your drink when you have ordered a meal! Listen, get ittogether over there! Read more
My experience with this McDonald's was not so good Me being an Officer I was disturbed to see that they were serving people... during this pandemic without Gloves they go from ringing you up on the cash register to making your food , even the MANAGER incharge didn't have Gloves on Bad example for her employees. This location is a nice-sized one with plenty of parking spaces, areas for seating and tables, 4 Self- service kiosks and a... large play area for kids, one for 4-12 year olds with a climbing wall, and one for toddlers up to 3 years old. Service can be abit slow at certain times of the day, but overall, it's a better one than some other McDonald's locations in/around NortheastBaltimore. Read more
I was great about a manager he was friendly . I went in there to pick up a Happy meal. They had what I needed service was... awesome. And he made sure I was okay with the service. Yes I I would recommend going there great service. Read more
