The staff was friendly but they were allowing people to hang all over the order and pickup counter, blocking customers,reaching... behind the counter and doing as they so please. The staff seemed to find it amusing. The food is fine but there needs to be someorder in the place. I was kind of taken aback by how the staff was allowing the place to be trashed by people. I will always bea McDonald's fan but this location isn't one I'll be visiting for a while. Read more
Horrible service. Mistakes from beginning to end. Drive thru person cancelled my app order, had to reorder at window, had to pay... again, cost more than app order for exact same items, had to wait in area for them to give me my order, failed to include allthe food items ordered, and half of food was cold. Gave more than deserve stars! Don't use, there's people standing around, who simply ignore you and your questions. It took 25-30... to have my order taken and receive my order. Worse McDonald's experience ever. Obviously that's why their rating is so low...2.5rating. It shouldn't have ever got that high! 30 minutes for two sandwiches, with me being the only person in line. Normally I love McDonald's but the ones around here have disappointed. I dont know if the girl behind the counter was wearing... too much perfume. But the entire bag and sandwich smelled like it, if I hadn't had been starving I would've thrown it out andwent somewhere else, but I managed to choke it down. Read more
Don't visit this particular location much at all but had some business over that way so I ventured in for breakfast. Behind the... counter the food prep area, coffee service and the custom drink area was an absolute mess they need to institute or at leastre-institute the clean as you go method. I think one thing is it seems they are placing too much emphasis on the orders to gothat are being delivered by the various food delivery services out there . I also think the extra work on the employees seems tobe taking a toll on the general appearance and service to the drive thru and walk-in customers of this restaurant. This is justmy personal opinion of my visit on this day...your experience may be better or worse. Read more
I had to wait for 7 minutes to be asked can I take your order. Then another 10 minutes for half the order, then once I got the... rest of the food, I had to ask for my cups for the drinks purchased. My grandkids love McDonald's but I'm sure we won't returnto this one. Even when I stated we are dining in they still put our food in bags. They did give a tray with some food on it then we were told NO REFILLS. Read more
I?ve been coming to this McDonalds since before it was even open. I played in the dirt while they were excavating. GIJoes.... Anywho, one of the worst experiences I had was today 112522. The cook was rambling by his workstation picking his teeth or someother unsanitary practice whilst he was cooking. Later after leaving the washroom, he said, bragged to some other customer that?I gave it him. I look out for you.? Although I searched my burger for iniquity, I only found some sort of ranch dressing that Ididn?t even know if it went on the new smoky qpc sandwich. Other than than, a stellar visit.
